Decimal Comparison Word Problems

This week, try your hand at writing and solving a word problem that includes comparing three different decimals and placing them in numerical order. Make sure your word problem makes sense.

    Alex came in first place with the smallest number: 2.53 seconds

    Tina came in third place with 5.9 feet.

    Tom got more candy because 6 tenths is more than 3 tenths.

    First Kiera with 2.9 seconds then Olivia with 3.4 seconds and last Trevor with 3.8 seconds

    Molly spent the most money with 6.87$, then Sarah with 5.67$, and with the least came Ellie with 5.31$.
